Levi’s Temporary Print Shop

Submitted by on July 19, 2010 – 6:49 amNo Comment

Lover’s of design, art, and old fashioned printing presses celebrate! And, come check out Levi’s temporary print workshop down on 826 Valencia, San Francisco.  This shop is an amazing venue that allows local artists and SF neighborhood groups to come use the facilities to produce various works in letterpress, silkscreen, and more.  And the best thing about the workshop is the community is more than welcome to come in and witness creation in motion–and maybe even create something of their own on Sundays, which are open studio days!

Something is happening at this shop practically everyday, If you’re in SF from July to August, make sure you have your day at the workshop too (enjoy the pics below, and go!).

p.s.  Great job, Levi’s, for understanding culture and community and for using it to make something wonderful for that community you’ve reached out to while marketing and strengthening  your brand. Congratulations!
